The Hartlepool Art Gallery opened in 1996 and is situated in a stunning and beautifully restored Victorian church. It houses contemporary art exhibitions, photography, ceramics and work of national, regional and local interest. There is also a Gallery Resources Area, where one can find out more about each artist and exhibition work at leisure.
