JONES, JUDITH
Biography
Judith Jones received both her B.A and M.A from the Art Institute of Bournemouth, where she focused her career on fine art photography. She explains that her photographs often focus on personal conflicts and experiences, rather than solely aesthetic components, and wishes each person who views her photographs to create their own narrative of what they perceive in the image. Her work is highly influenced by Kant’s essay, “Critique of Pure Reason”, where he discusses different perceptions of space and time. Throughout her career, she has exhibited in numerous museums and galleries, while some of her work remains in private collections.
