Biography
Managed by The Quilters’ Guild of the British Isles, the Quilt Museum and Gallery in York is Britain’s first museum dedicated to quilt making and textile arts. Including patchwork, appliqué and quilting, the Guild’s collection contains quilts from as early as 1718 through to contemporary commissions.
