Biography
Lincoln read law at Oxford and then practiced for a while as a barrister before working in shipping law in the City. Aged thirty he jumped ship and became an artist and sculptor. He specialised in large scale murals and suspended sculptures in the atrium spaces of new commercial buildings around the world, but mainly in London, USA , Hong Kong and Beijing. His clients included Cathay Pacific, Swires, Royal Caribbean, Tiffany, Laurent Perrier, Gatwick airport, Savoy Hotels, Swiss Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Hong Kong Land. His private collectors include Maggie Smith, Paul Simon, The Duke of Devonshire , the Maharaja of Dungarpur and the royal palace in Riyadh. He returned to painting on canvas around ten years ago and has studios in London and Oxfordshire. He still travels extensively, mainly in India, France and the Mediterranean.
