Hiroyuki Izutsu was born in 1955 and grew up in Tokyo, where is is currently based. The central motif of his work is 'human', 'landscape', 'flower'. Hiroyuki draws the advertising and publishing illustrations. He previously won the award in 1998 'Kodansha Publishing Culture'. His is also a Tokyo Illustrators Society member and he teaches illustration at AOYAMA-JUKU.
