Nic Tucker has worked in photography since he left school in 1965, first as an assistant to a variety of photographers, working in advertising, design company work and film. He then worked as a freelance photographer for magazines and mostly commercial work. He has photographed numerous famous artists such as RB Kitaj, Andy Warhol, Bill Brandt and Ansel Adams.
