Biography
Marco Campedelli is an Italian graphic artist and calligrapher, known for his ability to span various disciplines, from designing book covers and wine labels to creating wallpaper designs. Born in Verona in 1973, over the years he has collaborated with publishing houses such as Einaudi, Mondadori, and Laterza, wineries like Antinori and Cantine Bertani, as well as brands like Fiat, Benetton, and Rana. For more than twenty years, Campedelli has taught lettering and graphic design, sharing his expertise through workshops and classes in various design institutes. His work is distinguished by the ability to transform unique and emotional gestures into artistic expressions. His artworks have been exhibited in solo and group shows in Argentina, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, and Italy. Through his art, Campedelli explores the intersection between handwriting, mark-making, and emotion, creating works that reflect a profound aesthetic sensitivity and a constant search for balance between form, content, and synthesis.
